All deliverables, including drawings, 3D renders, acoustic layouts, and design documentation, will be shared according to the approved project plan. Any additional revisions, design changes, or extra services requested by the client after approval may incur additional costs.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
- Payment terms will be specified in each project quotation or agreement.
- Work will commence only after the agreed advance payment is received.
- All payments are non-refundable once the project has begun.
- Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines or result in suspension of ongoing work.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, layouts, 3D models, and documentation created by Echovista Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. After final payment, the client receives the right to use the design for the intended purpose. The client may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written consent.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project details, measurements, and necessary approvals. Any delay in feedback, payments, or approvals may affect the agreed timeline.
7. Revisions and Modifications
Minor revisions are part of the design process. Major design changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges based on project complexity.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Echovista Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use or delays.
- We are not responsible for misuse, alteration, or poor maintenance of designed spaces.
- Third-party vendor work not managed by us is beyond our control.
We strive for perfection but do not guarantee specific outcomes related to acoustics or aesthetics depending on third-party materials or execution.
